The historic charm, friendly staff, and central location made my visit unforgettable. While minor quirks like elevator glitches and paid water bottles existed, the overall experience was exceptional. Can't wait to return!

Omg, the coziness of the rooms with fireplaces is everything 🙌 breakfast included, cute bar/lounge area, and close to the metro, but rooms too dark. Would come back for that fireplace vibe!

Our stay was fantastic - arriving at the hotel was like stepping into an art gallery with the neon lights and amazing interior; we loved every moment! The petite king room was cozy and had one heck of a shower; we couldn't stop smiling wearing those complimentary slippers; the location was primo for all our touristy adventures. 🎨🚿🏨

I was really surprised with a room upgrade to a Beautiful King Studio with Tub. The inlaid hardwood flooring and generous storage added a touch of luxury, while the beautiful cream curtains and blackout curtains provided a peaceful retreat. The plush area rug was a treat for tired feet. The front desk staff, especially James, were always helpful and went the extra mile to assist with transportation and directions. The El Quixote Bar was fantastic for cocktails and had a decent menu. The soundproofing in the room ensured a restorative sleep, even in a busy location. As a designer, I appreciated the meticulous restoration of this landmark building. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many sites and restaurants, and close to the metro for easy transportation around the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-stocked mini-bar and a wonderful breakfast included. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower and luxurious toiletries.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect - really close to the metro, so it was easy to get around. The service was great - the staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was fantastic - everything was clean and tidy, and the amenities were amazing. We particularly appreciated the sitting area, ironing facilities, and flat-screen TV. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the menu was really varied. The free Wi-Fi was really fast, and the luggage storage was really useful.
